Redevelopment of Belmont textile mill set to break ground

The long-awaited Chronicle Mill in Belmont, which was purchased six years ago, is finally set to begin.

AH Realty Trust Properties which has partnered with John and Jennifer Church on the adaptive-reuse project, announced Tuesday its plans to break ground on the project in the year’s second quarter. The $45 million project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2021.
