Nareit’s REITweek: 2026 Investor Conference Video Interview

Shawn Tibbetts. chairman, president and CEO of AH Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHRT), sat down for a video interview at Nareit’s REITweek: 2026 Investor Conference in New York, June 1-4.

Tibbetts gave an update on the continued work to restructure AH Realty Trust into a simpler and more focused real estate platform. The REIT previously owned three property types, multifamily, office, and retail, and has transacted on the material portion of the multifamily assets.
