AH Realty Trust posts half-year earnings record as it emerges from recession stronger

VIRGINIA BEACH — Despite the economic malaise the coronavirus pandemic has brought, AH Realty Trust, the Virginia Beach-based developer behind Town Center, achieved its largest earnings on record in the first six months of the year.
