This seven-acre retail center, located adjacent to the Town Center of Virginia Beach and next to Columbus Village I, was acquired by the Company in October 2016. Now fully reimagined, the site is underwent redevelopment that was completely in 2026 to seamlessly integrate into the vibrant Town Center environment.
